TETRAFIX type-bound/unique fixtures are market leaders when it comes to accuracy and stability over time while at the same time being very easy to work with.
The fixtures are designed and produced to your needs with our modular components. Fixtures are available both as freestanding framed structures or based on carbon fibre plates. Both solutions use our innovative carbon fibre technology and can be used in any environment and with different measurement systems.
All TETRAFIX fixtures are fitted with our shimless calibration features.
The units enable shimless calibration in all guiding directions and calibration in each direction is independent and performed with a single tool enabling the measurement operator to calibrate a reference point to high precision within minutes. There is no longer a need for complicated procedures with shims in different directions.
TETRAFIX fixtures can be designed to enable access to the work pieces from all directions something that is extremely beneficial when using new optical measurement solutions. To enable optical measuring, all our fixtures can easily be equipped with target bars for easy orientation of the work pieces in the vision system. Our target bars are very flexible and easy to setup according to your need
